Fresh Glob ("we", "us", "our") provides a market analytics, charting, scanner, and paper-trading platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: email, display name, password hash, authentication tokens.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, watchlists, chart layouts, bot configurations, paper-trade activity, preferences, timestamps, IP address, device and browser information.
• Billing data: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send us.
• Third-party integrations: only the tokens and metadata you authorize when connecting an external provider.

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you, personalize your workspace, and remember your preferences.
• Process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Send transactional and account communications. Marketing only with your consent (opt-out anytime).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We process personal data under one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing, optional analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that host, process, or analyze data on our behalf (cloud hosting, payments, error reporting, analytics, email).
• Market-data and broker integrations you explicitly connect.
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
• An acquirer in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and aggregated analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; some features will not work if disabled.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights).

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level security on user data, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California users have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell). We may transfer data to countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
